My name is Carol Smith and I was born and raised in Durham, NC where I met my husband Greg. I attended North Carolina State University where I earned a BS in Computer Science. I worked as a computer programmer until my first daughter was born in 1999 at which time I became a stay at home mom. I have been blessed with three wonderful daughters. In 2008, my family moved to Chapin, SC to enjoy lake living and raise our girls in an excellent school district In 2013, I became an assistant teacher in the four year old class at Mt. Horeb Lutheran Church where I taught for five years. My family attends Chapin Baptist Church where I actively serve in the Children’s Ministry. I have always been interested in real estate and with the motivation from a friend and real estate agent, I received my real estate license in 2019 and joined the experienced team at Exit Palmetto.
